Reporting directly to the Director of Information Technology and Corporate Effectiveness, your missions are as follows:
Analyze security posture (audits, pen tests) and offer recommendations to operational teams.
Perform security event reviews.
Actively participate in the Cybersecurity and security incident awareness effort.
Lead the process of patch deployment, access control and internal audits.
Monitor the release of vulnerabilities and coordinate the response.
Work on developing, implementing and enforcing the organization's multilevel security policy (policies, guidelines, OPS).
Work on implementing various projects (MFA, Zero Trust, Observability).
Participate in the evaluation of different vendors or solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in an appropriate discipline
More than 5 years of relevant experience in various IT security environments
CISSP, CISM or other security certification
Good knowledge and experience of security frameworks and compliance with SOC2, ISO27000, PCI DSS
Good knowledge of security products (ATP, Defender, Darktrace), Splunk, Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet), SIEM, etc.
Experience in onprem and cloud security (AWS, Azure)
Interest in collaboration and teamwork
Ability to communicate in French and English and ability to communicate with different stakeholders in the organization
