Description
A highly organized and detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in document control and administrative/clerical support. Skilled in managing and maintaining documents, organizing and filing records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.- Completing tasks in line with multiple project deadlines.
- Maintaining current specification sets (hard copies and digital files).
- Collaborating with project teams, specification team members, drawing team's document control and IT staff to ensure smooth information transfer and precise document development.
- Setting up both remote and in person meetings/Lunch & Learn Seminars/technical rep meetings/training seminars including all invitations, agendas, preparations and followups.
- Assisting in the maintenance and ongoing development of office master specifications.
- Coordinating the scheduling and production of Project Manuals with teams for creation of on time deliverables.
- Assist in technical research of new building technology methods and materials.
- Contacting product/technical representatives for samples/product data etc.
- Assisting in organization of digital information for Project teams.
- Acting as a resource for finding project related files, technical details and previous specification information, product submittal review and assisting in material and product selections.
- Maintaining technical documents (codes, standards, technical literature) and information databases.
- Organizing the printing of issued documents including consultants' documents in accordance with the projects protocol.
- Providing quality control review of contract documents prepared by internal and external source specifications.
- Maintaining specification project status reports.
Other Qualifications:
- Proficient with using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Architectural Industry Knowledge.
- Experience with Bluebeam Revu and MS Teams, WebEx or other meeting systems.
