Description

This supervisory position requires qualifications and progressive experience to provide leadership to staff as well as provide a broad range of services to individuals with disabilities.

Duties will include the facilitation and development of Individual Service Plans to support goal achievement and choices with individuals living in the home.

Responsible for the day-to-day operation, supervision and planning for the home and client needs.

Supervisory responsibilities will include staff scheduling, advising on work methods, orientation and training, performance management, and assisting in staff selection.


Dealing with individuals with complex needs, providing behavior support and tracking, including risk assessment, person-centered planning and staff coverage.
This position is days, evenings and weekends and will require some flexibility and on-call availability. Other qualifications will include a clear criminal record check, a valid driver's license, and access to a personal vehicle with $2,000,000 of liability insurance,


Salary:
$25.00-$28.99 per hour
