Summary:

Role and Responsibilities:

Support our Architects in the design and delivery of contact center solutions.
Participate in functional analysis of IVR and CTI specifications.
Produces feasibility and effort estimates.
Produce functional documents. Collaborate closely Project Management.
Generate quality assurance tests, and log and report the results.

Critical Qualifications:

Knowledge of contact centre solutions and of their integrated functions.
Strong customer skills and the proven ability to work as a team
Computer Science or Engineering background
Software development and/or systems integration
Database knowledge (Oracle, SQL)
Bilingualism: You will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
