About the role
We're looking for a QA Analyst II to join our growing team
What you'll do here:
- Assume responsibility for the preparation of deliverable tests and associated documents and provide support during these tests.
- Prepare test cases, test matrices and reports, and any other document required in your area based on Intact's standards, processes and procedures.
- Identify, document and work closely with the product owner (PO), the developers and the scrum master to resolve issues by performing sufficient analysis to determine the root cause of defects, as required.
- Examine, analyze and assess requirements to prepare test plans and test cases.
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum 35 years of experience as a quality assurance analyst in an innovative environment within a large organization.
- Can work in an everchanging IT environment and with multidisciplinary teams.
- Can communicate technical terminologies in nontechnical language and vice versa.
- Skills sought: Integrity, respect, committed, responsible, customers and results oriented.
- Knowledge of the insurance sector, an asset.
