We are currently looking to fill a
Temporary
Full Time opportunity for a
Coordinator, Special Projects at
Central City Tower located in
Surrey, BC until March 2026
. This position is primarily remote/hybrid.

When necessary, office days are worked out of Central City Office and acute care/community sites across the region.


The Fraser Health Authority is looking to engage a Project Coordinator to support FHA's Advance Program, a transformational project that will increase automation and improve patient care.

The role will be multi-faceted with the core goal of driving the awareness, commitment, and adoption of the Advance Program across Fraser Health.


Build career experience as you:


  • Work in close collaboration with Directors, Project Sponsors, Management and Clinical Front Line stakeholders, coordinating and facilitating the conduct and implementation of various assigned projects, initiatives or improvement processes sponsored by Fraser Health and/or the Ministry of Health.
  • Act as facilitator and communication link among various stakeholder groups to ensure FHA's Advance initiatives/projects are advancing as set out in project charters and work plans.
  • Coordinate information flow among the teams/members by obtaining input from stakeholders re: project scope, proposed methodology and deliverables; conduct background literature research for assigned initiatives/projects based on evidencebased and best practices for use by project teams; summarize and present information findings; develop recommendations to stakeholders based on research findings and evaluation of processes, methodologies and outcomes.
  • Assist the implementation team in the development of plans and strategies; coordinate implementation processes among required teams and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
