Maintenance Supervisor and lead with excellence
Key Duties:
- Execute and delegate tasks as assigned
- Ensure jobs are completed on schedule
- Provide leadership and coaching for crew members
- Ensure equipment is maintained and in good working order
- Driving a loaded truck and trailer
- Lead by example practicing safe work
- Wearing PPE
- Completing safety checks and paperwork
- Leading crew safety meetings
_ We offer on the job training along with a signing bonus of $1000_
Required Experience:
- 2+ years of industry experience or education equivalent
- Experience supervising a team
Compensation Package
- Hourly wage of $28+/hour based on experience
- Overtime available
- 4% Vacation Pay, paid out on every cheque
