This Role is located in Mississauga and is a 3-month temporary role.Responsibilities:
- Scan and digitize employment files into the Electronic Filing System,
- Conduct data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of employee records.
- Electronic Filing System
- Data Audits
- Collaborate with HR team to resolve any discrepancies in the data.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee information.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative roles.
- Familiarity with Dayforce or similar HRIS systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
