Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will provide assistance and support to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and comfort. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Duties:

Provide personal care and assistance to individuals, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with meal preparation and feeding
Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with individuals
Monitor and report any changes in the individual's condition or behavior
Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals

Skills:

Experience in caregiving or related field preferred
Knowledge of hospice care, assisted living, and dementia care is a plus
Ability to provide compassionate and personcentered care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules
