Who You Are
This is an exciting opportunity to join an emerging industry and drive new processes and systems.

As a member of the CannMart Operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy between CannMart's ERP and warehouse systems as well as managing daily warehouse activities.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy of inventory levels between all of Cannmart's systems for both raw materials, and finished goods.
  • Coordinating scheduled inventory counts and providing ownership over CannMart's secured storage, general storage and third party storage
  • Work with teams to track inbound shipments to ensure they are complete, correct and on time.
  • Liaise with finance to ensure the proper categorization of inbound goods and materials
  • Own the completion of quarterly Cycle Count program
  • Provides administrative support for operational functions including product and service procedures, SOP's, policies, and other items, all in alignment with quality assurance and GMP requirements.
  • Monitor lot controlled consumable items within the warehouses, maintaining inventory counts, and ensuring enough inventory to fulfill orders.
  • Tracks inventory movement within both warehouses for both controlled and uncontrolled products.
  • Oversees the destruction process by assessing documentation from the production team and destruction specialists to ensure accuracy.
  • Identify risks in inventory control
  • Responsible for the correct input in the system for receiving materials in the BOM
  • Responsible to generate/audit all Inventory transaction in the system for cannabis and noncannabis products
  • Generation of weekly/monthly metrics regarding production and planning activities
  • Creates and manages the Monthly CRA & HC reporting.

Education and Experience

  • 3+ years working as a supply planner or Inventory Analyst
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems experience with MRPEasy preferred
  • Experience in Cannabis industry considered an asset
  • Physically able to lift and move bins weighing 1535lbs on a regular basis.
  • Experience with Ample Organics a plus
  • Previous experience with a Consumer Goods company; with preference to working at a Natural Health Food or Beverage, Nutraceutical, Dietary Supplement or Cannabis company
  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data to back up assumptions and create business cases, and to identify and solve problems
