Generations Cleaning is a growing company that services a wide range of commercial customers such as; Large Retail Stores, Condominiums, Co-Op's, Apartment Buildings, Offices, Medical Facilities, Industrial, Manufacturing.


We are looking for a Part Time Building Superintendent/Handyman for 2 locations in Bowmanville (3 minutes away from each other).

Our team is looking for an individual who has a positive attitude, friendly demeanor and who is hard-working.


_ Part Time Superintendent_
Split between 2 locations, 2 hours per location.

9:00am-1:30pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.


Responsibilities:


  • Suite inspections
  • Inspecting hallways
  • Changing light bulbs
  • Picking up any litter, interior and exterior
  • Garbage room maintenance
  • Garbage and recycle removal
  • Tenant requests (dishwasher, faucet and plumbing requests)
  • Sliding door installation
  • Paint touch ups

Requirements:


  • Junior level repairs required

Rate:

- $18.00/hr.
