Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls from customers regarding technical service or delivery needs.
  • Take advantage of each incoming call to analyze needs and propose appropriate solutions to customer satisfaction.
  • Be attuned to client's needs and resolve issues
  • Offer customized solutions to client requests
  • Collaborate in maintaining and meeting the performance indicators (KPI) set by Groupe Énergie BDL.

Profile:


  • Excellent communicator
  • Bilingual French and English
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to manage priorities independently
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Windows & Office computer knowledge)
  • Autonomous, resourceful and a good team player.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Negotiating skills
