Position purpose:
Customer service representatives make sure our customers receive professional, proactive and timely service before, during and after the customer's requirements are met.
Responsibilities:
- Review shipping and delivery terms and conditions
- Send packing slip daily to customers.
- Provide shipping and finishing priorities.
- Process and distribute reports as needed.
- Monitor and track orders through planning and warehouse.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with follow ups, quick responses, and a proactive approach to meeting customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with sales and production teams.
- Provide customer service in both English and French.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$22.50-$25.00 per hour
