Location:970 Brock Rd., Pickering, Ontario, L1W 2A- AutoLux Ltd. o/a Rapid City Transportation_ has been specializing in medical transportation logistics services for over 20 years, supporting all of Ontario offering door-to-door concierge style transportation for individuals requiring special care - before, during and after their transfers.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Receive, investigate and respond to customer and passenger inquiries and complaints.
  • Track complaints and support with metrics focusing on process improvements.
  • Support with reporting of complaints and analyzing information to identify trends.
  • Support with RFPs, contract renewals and identifying new business opportunities as required.
  • Support with training employees on process changes in result of new/changed business.
  • Support at tradeshows and hosting customers at events.
  • Other duties as requested

Position Qualifications:


  • Postsecondary education in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 3 years relevant working experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Suite intermediate excel)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Friendly, patient, empathetic, dependable and selfmotivated
  • High ability to pleasantly and professionally converse with clients
  • Selfmotivated and high ability to work independently and as part of a team (both in person and remotely)
  • Ability to multitask and high ability to operate in a busy environment
