RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to various requests and questions from employees in relation to their working conditions;
  • Manage the process of contracts especially during the beginning of each session;
  • Work closely with the Payroll department to validate data, coordinate various updates and ensure optimal management of employee files;
  • Carry out, educational evaluations on the government's platform, have the results approved and keep them in the files;
  • Ensure that information during payroll processing are consistent with data from Clara software and from the payroll system;
  • Maintain the employee files in the HRIS (Dayforce) by adding relevant documents;
  • Work in close collaboration with the Business Partner and the Senior Advisor in various HR files;
  • Coordinate the complete process of welcoming new employees (onboarding offboarding), both for nonunionized and unionized employees, and propose improvements;
  • Lead integration meetings for new employees;
  • Work in close collaboration with the recruiting department in the hiring of employees;
  • Ensure the proper processing of invoices from the Talent and Culture department;
  • Draft documents such as employment offer letters, letters of confirmation of employment, termination of employment, annexes to employment contracts and memos of services;
  • Produce various reports via our various information systems;
  • Perform any other task related to the position.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • College degree or certificate in Human Resources Management (or any similar degree);
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience related to the position;
  • Experience in a unionized environment (asset);
  • Experience with Contract software (asset);
  • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce software (asset);
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel;
  • Mandatory oral and written Bilingualism (French and English);
  • Have a strong sense of organization, Prioritization, time management, initiative, judgement, efficiency and a solid experience in managing multiple projects and files simultaneously in a dynamic environment;
  • Very good stress management, thoroughness, good documentary curiosity;
  • Work continuously on several administrative tasks.
