As a result of the tremendous growth at South Trail Kia, we have an immediate opening for a Business Development Specialist in our newly integrated Business Development Center.

We are seeking professionals who have outstanding work skills and are committed to developing lifetime clientele with a leading brand.

Position Summary:

Duties:

Assist customers during their navigation on the website.

Chat online with customers surfing on the company's website.

Provide information on and actively promote motor vehicles or promotions.

Enter the result of each communication into the CRM software and perform necessary follow-ups.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is always maintained.

Build trust and maintain a solid business relationship with customers.

Provide proactive communication with each customer after conclusion of sale.

Ensures pre-delivery has been properly performed and the vehicle is ready for the client.

Personalizes vehicle delivery to the customer's needs by demonstrating the features of the vehicle and assist with set-up if necessary.

Source/find opportunities for renewal and for new business through multiple contacts with the dealers' customers.


Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Fluent in verbal and written English language.

Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.

Previous BDC experiences. Able to manage interactions per day.

Knowledge of vehicles, equipment, and/or services offered.

Able to maintain filing systems and basic database.

Strong customer service orientation.

Previous CRM experience an asset.

Hours: 8:00AM-2:00PM OR 2:00PM-8:00PM Weekdays
**Rotating Saturdays: 9:00AM-6:00PM
