JOB DESCRIPTION
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
We are a leading exhaust fan manufacturer located in Woodbridge. We are currently looking for a customer service representative who is a self starter and able to work independently.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be able to process orders (inputting of all orders, invoicing, filling and updating order sheet)
- Be able to keep track of orders
- Prepare project drawings using adobe acrobat
- Learn about the products to be able to answer any questions from customers
- Order follow up
- Assisting sales staff with all sales related tasks
Key Competencies:
- Ability to manage time and prioritize work effectively
- Able to multi task and pay attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of business vision an asset
Education and Experience:
- College degree
- Previous Customer service experience an asset
