About the Job:


Reporting to the Director, People & Culture, the People and Culture Coordinator is responsible for supporting the human resources function and cultivating a positive work culture within the organization.

This role involves tasks such as onboarding and offboarding, employee data management, recruitment support, training and development coordination, employee relations assistance, HR policy implementation, benefits administration, employee engagement initiatives, HR reporting and analytics, compliance adherence, and collaborative support.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, knowledge of HR best practices, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion are crucial for success in this role.

Previous HR coordination or administration experience and familiarity with HRIS software are preferred qualifications. The position may involve other diverse and related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
  • Prior experience in HR coordination or administration preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and HRrelated software.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and compliance.
  • Ability to handle employee relations and promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Problemsolving skills and adaptability in a fastpaced environment.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive work culture.
