Environmental 360 Solutions Inc. recently purchased Chem-Ecol, a manufacturer and specialty blender of new and reclaimed (purified) industrial oils established in 1975.

E360S-Cobourg provides purification services and expert advice to customers targeting optimal equipment performance and reliability while reducing their environmental footprint.

The Cobourg Division currently serves manufacturers in Canada and the United States.


The Division is committed to providing excellent products and services to our customers produced in a safe workplace using innovative processes.

We are completing our 15thconsecutive year without a lost time accident. To have a significant and lasting impact on our community, we will double our size every five years.

Position Description

You will collaborate with the Sales and Customer Service Teams to provide an exemplary customer experience to existing and new clients in a fast-paced growth company.


You take responsibility for your personal health and safety and welcome the opportunity to collaborate with a similarly minded team who is completing their 15thconsecutive year without a lost time accident.


Position Responsibilities

  • You are selfless to share your knowledge about the company's products/services and enjoy answering customer inquiries.
  • You are detailed and accurate when processing orders and communicate customer requests clearly to your internal team.
  • You enjoy problem solving, leverage your experience and are naturally curious to get to root of the issue and assist customers.
  • Using your consultative selling style, you are confident upselling and excel at finding solutions for customers.
  • You are a selfstarter and proactively contact customers and prospect to follow up on outstanding orders and develop new leads.
  • You remain calm under pressure, are a good listener and always act with professionalism, attributes to effectively handle customer complaints and dissatisfactions.
  • Your analytical, time management and organizational skills will serve you well to:
  • Collect customer feedback
  • Formulate FAQ's
  • Identify, recommend, and implement Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • You are keen to contribute to other related projects and duties as required

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies

  • Bilingualism
  • French and English
  • Experience dealing with customers in a B2B setting
  • Strong problemsolving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM
