Your Role
As an Appointment Coordinator, you are the cornerstone of our guest's satisfaction. Your role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure all responsibilities are efficiently covered throughout the day.

You will:

Make outbound calls to generate and retain current business
Assist with overflow service calls to coordinate appointments
Deliver the ultimate guest experience
Complete daily CSI service follow up calls
Commiunicate with guests using all dealership communication platform

Key Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically in all forms of communication.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Ability to operate a variety of vehicles safely and efficiently.
Proficiency in managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Demonstrated professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandorin is an asset.
Availability to work weekends as scheduled
