The Opportunity:

O2EBrands is looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team As part of the Business Technology department, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating effective communication between key stakeholders and the BI team, managing BI backlog and work funnel, and driving process improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, run standups and refinement sessions, and provide essential support for the BI team.

For this role's duty and responsibility we anticipate that you will be in the office 25% of time.

A Day in the Life:

Identify and communicate with key stakeholders.
Managing BI backlog and BI work funnel.
Liaise between various business departments and BI
Assess options for process improvement, including business process modelling.
Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations.
Collaborate with project managers and crossfunctional teams.
Running daily team standups, refinement sessions with stakeholders and analysts
Work with the BI team in the SCRUM environment.
Prepare sprint release notes for the BI team.
Supporting the BI Team member by answering questions or setting time with the stakeholders to discuss issues discovered during the development of a ticket.
Adhoc data loads or data queries to assist the rest of the BA team.
Knowledge transfers the technical expertise to the rest of the team.

What You Bring to the Table:

3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, working with Business intelligence teams in the agile environment
High level of professionalism and polish
Data Flow &

Integration Expertise:

Proficient in comprehending data flow among tools and systems and bridging technical know-how with business requirements for seamless BI project execution.

Professional level of process mapping: ability to document complex data models and communicate them to various levels of stakeholders
Data Proficiency: Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, you are skilled in extracting, transforming, and visualizing data to draw meaningful conclusions and support evidencebased recommendations.
Technical Expertise: Familiarity with BI tools and technologies, you can navigate databases and data structures to uncover valuable insights.
Professional understanding of Salesforce Data structure.
Skilled professional in Tableau, Salesforce CRM, Google Sheets, SQL/SOQL.
Ability to prioritize and manage time well under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with Fivetran, Rivery, Google Analytics, Invoca, Amazon Redshift, Mircosoft SQL Server.
Communication Skills: As an effective communicator, you can convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise delivery of insights and findings.
Business Impact Focus: Passionate about making a meaningful impact, you continuously strive to align BI initiatives with overarching business objectives, driving tangible outcomes.
Salesforce Admin and Tableau certifications are an asset.
