This position is full-time and permanent

What you'll be doing:

Validate model pictures, videos, and personal identification;
Model registration followup and account management;
Training and onboarding will be done virtually (from your home);
For your safety and the safety of our employees, work will remain remote;
Perform other department duties as assigned

What you'll need to succeed:

Must haves:

Available to work evenings and weekends:

Access to reliable internet
Internet savvy; extremely fast and organized
Empathy and a focus on delivering a personal experience to models;
Avid social media user
Proactive and resourceful; ability to multitask under tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Nice-to-haves:

Comfortable with repetitive tasks
Experience working with ticketing software (Zendesk or Salesforce)
Customer Service / Support experience
Other Languages (written Spanish, Russian, German) a plus
