We are seeking one (1) professional, energetic, customer service based healthcare administrators for family medicine, walk-in medical, Specialist Medicine, Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Naturopathy, Psychotherapy, Osteopathy and other health services for an integrated health clinic in the heart of the financial district in downtown Toronto.

Position Details:
Full Time to start immediately
Business Hours:

Monday-Thursday: 7AM-8PM:

Friday: 7AM-7PM
Responsibilities:

Answer calls coming in through the mainline and transfers accordingly with exceptional customer service capabilities:
Book appointments through the system in a time-efficient manner:
Dealing with client requests with patient experience as a top priority:
Coordinate consultations, tests and bookings for patients:
Checking patient's out and handling payments and re-bookings:
Perform administrative duties such as faxing, scanning, medical messages, Appointment bookings for both medical and non medical schedule:
All other duties as assigned by management
Applicant must be able to:
- Work well in a team environment
- Maintain professional communication at all times
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Multitask and prioritize, Speak and write English fluently
- Experience with Telus PS Suite EMR _preferred**_
- Prior experience in a medical/healthcare facility
Qualifications:
- University/College Degree
- Experience in the customer service field (2 years)
- Experience in the healthcare service field (1 year)

From $20.00 per hour
