You as an Equipment Manager will:

Manage and oversee all equipment-related deliverables to the health authority
Build tender packages, draft equipment specifications and scopes of work, issue for bid, review results with detailed analysis and recommendations
Coordinate project schedules/work plans between equipment, design, procurement and construction, and delegate duties & tasks accordingly
Assist in the development of work processes and work plans, and the development of project budgets, fees, and schedules.
Represent Equipment at User Group meetings and mockup reviews to coordinate equipment into the design and manage expectations (clinicians, nurses, hospital staff)

Is this the right role for you?

35 years of Equipment management experience or equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
Ability to work in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project)
Previous work on Design Build projects is an asset
Comfortable working with equipment lists in information database systems such as MS Access, DRofus, Revit or similar
