  • Install, configure, and prepare operating systems for deployment with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
  • Administrative role in endpoint management software such as but not limited to, Trend Micro Antivirus, BitLocker Encryption, Ivanti Endpoint Management.
  • Maintains knowledge of issues related to virus and malware prevention, protection, and recovery; works towards implementation of policies and desktop security
  • Monitors/resolves issues related to endpoint configuration
  • Researches and improves endpoint images and packages based on business requirements
  • Creates and updates knowledgebase documentation

Requirements:


  • Information Technology university degree/diploma from a recognized educational institution or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Trend Antivirus, BitLocker Encryption and Ivanti Endpoint management would be a great asset
  • Experience working in a teamoriented, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.
  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and userfriendly language.
  • Strong problemsolving skills with a demonstrated aptitude for troubleshooting PC hardware and software related problems and to learn new skills quickly with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to make the customer their priority, determine their needs, and set realistic expectations
  • Ability to work overtime hours as required and be available for participation in a rotational On Call schedule for after hours' support
  • Can accommodate shortterm challenges while keeping their eyes on the horizon
