Your Key Responsibilities:


  • Pickups and Deliveries in Unity, Evesham, Macklin, Primate, and Denzil.
  • Approximately 370 kms per day and an estimate of 97 stops and 164 pieces.
  • Daily submission and completion of all required documentation in a true and accurate fashion.
  • Perform off route pickups and deliveries as required.
  • Responsible for hiring relief driver due to illness/vacation
  • Build positive relationships with both internal customers (Purolator managers, employees, dispatch, and other contractors) and external customers.

Your Key Requirements:


  • Possess a valid Class 5 Driver's License at all times ( less than 3 demerits)
  • Possession of liability insurance and all other licenses as required by law and Purolator specifications.
  • Valid WCB registration and coverage for Owner Operator and Relief Driver.
  • Must supply own vehicle and maintain appearance and operation at highest industry standards.
  • Must possess a valid Dangerous Goods Handling Certificate.
  • Ability to pickup and deliver all packages associated to the route area or as required.
  • Complete a criminal record check.
  • Must meet and maintain standards set by Purolator Inc.
  • Maintain membership with Teamster's Canada
