What You Will Get To Do
Reporting to and under the direction of the Senior Manager of Development Control, Design and Technical Services, the Planner I is responsible for:
- preparing planning reports, by-laws, subdivision/site plan agreements, development policies and guidelines;
- preparing reports to Committee of the whole & Council and attending Committee and Council Meetings as required;
- assisting with other assignments as assigned.

What You Bring To Our TeamAs the successful applicant, you will possess:
- university degree in Urban or Regional Planning or related field;
- eligibility for a provisional or full membership with the Canadian Institute of Planners (CIP) and Ontario Professional Planners Institut
