GHD Digital is rapidly growing, and we are looking for a Consultant - Digital Strategy and Innovation, to work out of any of our offices in Mississauga, Toronto, Waterloo, or Whitby.

Working with an upbeat and hard-working team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

Contribute to all aspects of building a practice though business development, client & community engagement with a focus on building GHD Digital's brand.
Advise and support Senior Leaders on issues to increase the value that Digital / Technology delivers within their organization, and help them overcome strategic challenges, transform, and innovate.
Identify profit opportunities, think creatively and deliver valuable strategic program / project insights to business partners.
Work as team to tackle Digital / Technology problems, helping our clients address their sophisticated business issues from strategy to execution.
Contribute to the development of your own and your team's technical acumen.
Keep up to date with local, national, and global business and economic issues.

What you will bring to the team (what they possess):

A passion for helping clients solve some of the most pressing challenges of our time through the adoption of technology and emerging solutions.
13 years of consulting experience in a leading professional services firm, or 5 or more years of experience in Digital / Technology or IT roles.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology / IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field graduate degree is an asset.
Experience serving Public Sector, Water, Energy, or Food and Agriculture / Manufacturing is a plus.
Knowledge of or experience with Innovation Management, Human Centered Design, and Strategic Change and Culture is an asset.
