IT SOLUTION MANAGER:

The Corporate Services Branch is looking for an IT Solution Manager for an indeterminate position. The position is classified as a RÉ-06 ($83,979 to $113,423 per annum - Salary under review).

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:


EDUCATION

University degree with specialization in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience related to the position.


EXPERIENCE

A minimum five (5) years of combined project management, product management and process improvement experience, especially leveraging technology as part of the solution.


KNOWLEDGE

  • Of the endtoend product development lifecycle;
  • Of Agile Methodologies;
  • Of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design principles.

ABILITIES

  • To change, learn and introduce new technologies;
  • To analyze and document business requirements, propose innovative solutions, identify and evaluate technical options, present recommendations and implement solutions to meet client needs;

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

  • Possess or eligible to obtain Secret security clearance;
  • Linguistic profile: Bilingual CBC;
  • The National Capital Commission offers a hybrid and flexible work environment, all employees are currently asked to work onsite at least two (2) days per week.
