What you'll be doing:

Facilitating the seamless transition of client sample requests from R&D to full commercialization.
Creating comprehensive launch packages with vital product information and distributing them to Quality Assurance (QA) and production teams.
Efficiently coordinating weekly meetings, including material preparation.
Utilizing Gantt charts and stage gate management systems to maintain project timelines and meet deadlines.
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective communication and the smooth execution of projects.
Playing a pivotal role in strategizing to enhance our product commercialization process.
Proactively identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks or challenges throughout the commercialization journey.

What you'll need:

A solid 34 years of experience in either research and development (R&D) or a commercial role within the food industry.
Exceptional organizational skills, enabling success in a dynamic work environment.
A genuine passion for food products and a deep understanding of the culinary industry.
Proficiency in project management, including expertise in Gantt charts and stage gate management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of critical information.
