**Description: - Permanent Full Time-
You will do:
  • Quotation of New Business prospects
  • Managing the pricing of assigned inforce caseload, including performing the annual renewal of rates and expenses, inforce quotes, marketings and approval of amendments
  • The management of all aspects of the financial reporting for an assigned caseload
  • Handling field/advisor inquiries, plan changes, reporting needs
  • Production of financial and service agreements on assigned caseload
  • Act as an Underwriting resource for various projects and departmental initiatives

  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks and shifting priorities

  • Strong mathematical and analytical ability
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • Prior experience in Group Underwriting with knowledge of products, Group mainframe (PAS) system, and GroupNet reporting will be considered an asset
  • Willingness to work towards a GBA or full CEBS designation under the CEBS program
  • The base salary for this position is between
    $49,100:
  • $73,600** annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
