Job Summary:
The Business Enablement Analyst will play a pivotal role in drawing actionable insights from data.

Responsibilities will focus on data architecture, reporting, analytics and process design in collaboration with functional leaders, IT and external vendors.

Specific Responsibilities

Build reports/dashboards to address ad hoc business requirements
Translate systemic business needs into technical specifications through the development of proofofconcept models
Participate in the execution of the user acceptance training (UAT) for each launch
Support the creation and maintenance of reporting documentation including user guides and training materials to aid in user training and support
Deliver user training on reports and dashboards
Collaborate with functional leaders to surface actionable insights with execution plans
Continuously improve data structures and gathering processes, including implementation of data capture processes or data transformation
Analyze competitor and customer industries to identify trends

QUALIFICATIONS:

Job Requirements:

3+ years experience in an analyst (or related) role
Postsecondary education in business, computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent working experience
Solid understanding of IT systems, tools, data structures and database architecture
Experience developing in Tableau
Working knowledge of SQL, R and/or Python
Must be an advanced user of Excel
Previous project management/coordination experience
Strong analytical skills: ability to conduct indepth (using a variety of sources) and distill information in in a succinct manner so it can be understood by others
Self Starter: ability to take initiative and work independently to enhance the data maturity of the organization. Must be able to ramp up in working knowledge of underlying data.
Ability to prioritize and work in a fast paced environment in an organized and thoughtful manner

Location - this is a hybrid role which would report to our head-office in Cambridge, On.
