Sterling Crane requires an individual to fill the permanent salaried position of Branch Administrator based in Grande Prairie, AB. This is a full-time position reporting to the Manager. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Branch Administrator

Grande Prairie, AB

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Completing weekly payroll for hourly employees

• Client invoicing

• Maintenance of on-site employee records

• Credit control and accounts receivable

• Processing vendor/supplier invoices

• Document control administrative auditing

• Other administrative tasks as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school Diploma – 1-3 years administrative experience in related industry.

• Experience with unionized payroll environments, ADP or other large ERP systems would be considered an asset.

• Strong communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail

• Knowledge of the crane industry is an asset
