DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Identifying and activating new users of SolidProfessor
  • Review & prioritize list of accounts with no logins in previous 30 days.
  • Engage with client's organization, Follow up with requests or inquiries from clients
  • Proactively escalate atrisk clients
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (including Sales and Subscriptions) to support the success of our clients
  • Log all communication in CRM, maintain client files in NetSuite and update information.
  • Any other assigned tasks or projects as needed
