Under the supervision of the Contracts Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work in partnership with our service providers to ensure their accreditation within Mine Raglan.

This process will be carried out in compliance with Glencore requirements, norms, standards, and protocols in conjunction with the Procurement Department.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Coordinate and monitor the accreditation and qualification process for service providers, validating information using the Cognibox platform and the Mine Raglan questionnaire.
Support and follow up on the supplier onboarding process in order to approve the creation of service suppliers.
Participate in corporate internal audits and perform supplier compliance audits.
Issue action plans to ensure compliance with norms and standards relating to our suppliers, with the aim of maintaining and achieving Glencore requirements.
Mather expert in the risks management of suppliers.

Your profile:

College diploma in operations and supply chain management or administration.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI and Coupa.
Bilingualism French/English (asset).

What we offer:

The work week is 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday. Possibility of a schedule.
The workplace is located in Laval and we offer a hybrid work model (presential / telecommuting).
This position requires occasional travel to the mine site.
