CRM Analyst (Remote)

We are looking for an
CRM Analyst to
join our growing team. The CRM Analyst** is a key role responsible for organizing customer data. The position will ensure that comprehensive and accurate customer information is available for organizational success.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure all sales operational processes are carried out in an efficient and costeffective manner
  • Oversee and manage sales forecasting process
  • Responsible for liaising with Sales, Finance and Project Management teams to ensure data flow to CRM
  • Be the lead CRM admin to oversee and manage permissions, access controls and future development
  • Manage data collection and updating opportunities in CRM
  • Maintaining data accuracy at all times (tickets, opportunities, reports)
  • Creating/updating reports for open and active opportunities
  • Monitor CRM issues as needed
  • Liaise with 3rd party consultants for system enhancements
  • Provide timely communication and maintain excellent working relationships with all stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Responsible for the formulation and execution of internal special projects
  • Other duties as required and as requested by management

Qualifications

  • 13 years experience in a sales operations role
  • Post secondary education in Business, Operations management, Marketing or a related field is an asset
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written) across all levels of stakeholders
  • Individual who is focused on continuous improvement for the business and teams
  • Experience using Excel to project forecasts and updates
  • Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
  • Nice to have experience working at a Software/IT Company

  • Dynamics experience or other CRM systems an asset
