Domain expertise in
Finance Technology & Corporate Real Estate technologyis a must, preferably exposure within the big-5 banks.
Hands on project experience in
Apptio software product is a must.
At least 5 years in project management leading stakeholder conversation.
Experience in Corporate real estate software '
Smart Building' is a must.
Experience in Workspace management software '
Accruent EMS' is a must.
Excellent oral and presentation skills


Salary:
$110,000.00-$120,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:


  • Project management: 10 years (preferred)
  • Real estate appraisal: 5 years (preferred)
  • Apptio software product: 4 years (preferred)
