The mission of Little Peak Squamish is to provide a childcare option for families who want their children to enjoy the benefits of a preschool experience with daycare hours.

We strive to create an environment that will foster a life-long love of learning for each unique child. We have a large outdoor space that we love to utilize as an extension of our classroom.


With that, we are in search of qualified ECEs or ECEAs who are passionate and excited about the field of Early Childhood Education.

We are a licensed 30 months to school age program with 16 children and we looking for amazing educators to join in this exciting opportunity.

We are located in the heart of the Brackendale community. We currently have a small, amazing team you would be joining. We are looking for someone who thrives working in a team environment.

As a member of the Little Peak team, you will have the opportunity and expectation to:

  • have your ideas heard and contribute towards the establishment of our program
- create a nurturing environment that will establish the foundation for our children's future
- create and implement unique learning experiences based on the needs of each child
- play a role in Little Peak's plan for future expansion
- collaborate with your co-workers throughout each day
- utilize the expansive outdoor area to ensure that natural play is highlighted on a daily basis
- brings an enthusiastic, positive and playful energy to our community


Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid ECE or ECEA BC certificate
  • Must have experience working with children 36 months to school age
  • Criminal Record Check
  • Current First Aid Certification
