Position
AVP Digital Account Management and Delivery


As a member of our Digital, Automation and Integration leadership team at IGM Financial, you will be joining an agile and innovative technology group with experience in and passion for delivering a engaging experience and innovative solutions for our clients, advisors, and employees using digital technology, process automation, and data-driven insights.

As an Associate Vice President Account Management and Delivery, you will work closely with the IG Wealth Management and Mackenzie Investments leadership teams to enable business strategy through digital, automation, and integration capabilities and the delivery of projects and programs from marketing to sales and service, including financial planning and product initiatives.

You will manage a team of delivery professionals operating in a scaled agile environment working closely with external partners, including industry-leading suppliers and consultants.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Accountable for the endtoend planning and delivery of the Digital, Automation, and Integration initiatives and effective operation of agile teams
  • Actively builds a highly collaborative customercentric team culture with a strong focus on talent development and coaching
  • Provides leadership and direction to delivery teams and ensures effective collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Responsible for delivery of reliable and scalable digital solutions aligned with industry best practices and IGM Financial guiding principles
  • Directly contributes to development and execution of the IGM Financial's Digital Strategy and Technology Roadmap aligned with the IGM strategic priorities
  • Lead Agile Adoption and work closely with Digital Engineering team to drive adoption and scaling of the Agile delivery
  • Accountable for effective program governance to ensure successful and timely delivery of digital solutions
  • Drives business and technology innovation through proactive and timely evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies
  • Drives adoption of DevOps and automation processes and tools in the digital portfolio to accelerate time to market, continuously improve client experience and the quality

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Strong and diverse experience in Financial Services is required
  • Proven experience delivering complex clientfacing digital solutions is required
  • Experience with full software development lifecycle is required
  • Experience working in a multivendor environment with mature suppliers and startup partners is required
  • Proven experience in program and project management including both Agile and Waterfall
  • Professional experience leading Agile Delivery teams is required
  • Salesforce platform experience is preferred
  • Relevant certificates in Agile and Scaled Agile methodology are preferred
  • Experience with DevOps processes and tools is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with executive audiences
  • University degree required in a relevant area of study
