    Job Description: Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team in Vancouver. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction through to closeout, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard of quality.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support commercial construction projects concurrently, focusing on design-build tenant improvements
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and project plans
    • Coordinate project activities with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
    • Oversee and manage project team members, including field supervisors and project coordinators
    • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other applicable laws and regulations
    • Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is progressing as planned and to address any issues or concerns
    • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Manage project change orders, cost control, and billing to ensure projects are delivered within budget

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on design-build tenant improvements
    • Strong knowledge of construction management principles, practices, and techniques
    • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred but not required
