Job Description Summary:

At STEMCELL Technologies, we are a team of scientists, researchers, and quality professionals dedicated to providing innovative solutions for cell culture and life sciences research.

We are currently seeking a Quality Manager to join our Quality Systems team.

As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our audit program and building external partnerships, leading investigations, and mentoring a team and colleagues.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our quality systems are efficient, effective, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain our audit program to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Lead investigations of nonconformances and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent reoccurrence
Mentor and train team members and colleagues on quality systems and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement qualityrelated initiatives
Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and customers

Knowledge and Qualifications

At least 6 years' experience in the Quality industry in a regulated environment
Previous managerial experience required
Extensive knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and/or 21 CFR Part 820)
Willing and eligible to travel internationally 13 times per quarter to execute internal and external audits
Certification for lead auditor qualification would be an asset
