The Role

What

you'll

be working on:


Responsible for Key Service Metrics (DCs/Plants/S2U facilities):

  • Fill Rate (Produced, Non-Produced, IMOPs, Bins, FSV)
  • Short term Week Demand Forecast Accuracy
  • Daily Shipping Forecast Accuracy
  • Net and Absolute Trend Bias
  • Collaborate with HQ supply chain group to improve overall success and health of systems, tools, and processes.
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as needed.
  • Week to Day Splits and UPC to Product Splits by location
  • Review MAD Offsets and Aggregate Splits by location
  • Review Ad-Hoc Same week changes
  • Review 3PL Repack required on products (Costco DRP, Variety Pack)

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in service calls with Local Repack/DC's/Plants
  • Participate in weekly VIP team reviews
  • Partner with Sales/IMOPs forecasting and product demands
  • Identify Service Trends and Action plan to close gaps
  • Provide training to others as needed to build bench strength

Qualifications:

Who's

a good fit for the team:

  • Minimum 3-5yrs experience in Frito Lay supply chain with DRP/SAP programs familiarity preferred
  • Highly motivated selfstarter with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong customer service and communicational skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision, while possessing the flexibility to assist and lead others
  • Based in Quebec or Atlantic preferred
  • Willingness to work off shifts, longer hours, weekends, and holidays when business needs require it
