Currently, we are seeking a high energy, successful IT Networking and Cloud solutions sales professional to join the growing team in Canada.


Account Manager

Primary Responsibilities:_

  • Sell moderately complex network and telephony products and services.
  • Qualify new leads to drive sales opportunities to closure.
  • Understand client requirements, competitively position company solutions, and drive retention strategies.
  • Build a sales pipeline and forecast datadriven sales activities.
  • Prepare and deliver customerfacing documents and reports.
  • Follow existing sales processes, using prepared profiling/qualifying questions and scripts.
  • Maintain sales operations by following policies and procedures: reporting needed changes.
  • Document all profiling information, crossselling results, marketing activities, and transactions into the CRM system.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining prompt communication and following organization standards.
  • Contribute to team success by completing related goals and duties on time and as needed.
  • Maintain technical knowledge by attending regular product/solution training, reviewing publications, and potentially customer and trade show events.
  • Maintain a basic understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape.

Minimum Requirements:_

  • Bachelor's degree and 35 years of relative work experience (preferably IT/ Sales)
  • Or 5+ years of relevant and equivalent work experience.
  • Previously responsible for account management, including acquisition, retention, and development.
  • Fluent in English and French languages.
  • Employment history reference check, criminal check and credit check will be required.

  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • CRM (SalesForce, HubSpot, etc.)

Salary:
$60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
