Job description:

Executive Partners manage a portfolio of CIO member relationships.

As their Executive Partner, you will:

Deliver value through regular briefings, workshops, roundtables, webinars, and by attending relevant Gartner events
Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing member Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) and developing a customized service plan
Build a strong partnership with Gartner's Sales organization and collaborate with them to ensure member engagement and renewal of ExP business

Essential must-have skills:

Our most successful Executive Partners' adopt best practices, build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and develop themselves with a growth mindset of continuous improvement.

Executive Partners are client-centric and eager to combine their own experience with Gartner's extensive research resources for the benefit of their members.

Significant experience as a CIO of a large banking organization, with substantial experience leveraging progressive technologies and methodologies (Agile/DevOps, AI/ML, "Big Data", Cloud migration, digital product development etc.) for digital transformation and strategic business innovation
Additionally, you should bring insight into the evolving role of technology in company strategy and at the board level, including implications for CIOs, CTOs and CDOs
You should also be able to demonstrate advanced critical thinking, clear written and verbal communication and structured problemsolving skills.
Financial services, specifically large banking experience is a must
