KGO Group Ltd is currently seeking the services of an experienced purchasing, inventory, & Administrative Assistant

Must be successdriven with strong organizational and leadership skills.
Knowledge and experience with purchasing and inventory control systems
Experienced with accounting, shipping, and receiving.
Experience with pumps, valves, fittings, motors, and electrical components
Strong computer skills, including MRP and CRM software.
Assist our engineering department in handling transmittal and control documents
Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with clients, employees, and suppliers.
Good keyboarding skills
Knowledge of ISO processes

Duties to include:

Establish and maintain relations with new and existing suppliers.
Research and develop relationships with new suppliers that offer value to our organization
Negotiate supply and pricing agreements with suppliers
Review and evaluate the performance of suppliers as part of our ISO requirements
