Payroll Administrator

Our team is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join us processing payroll for our Canadian division.
Responsibilities:
- Import, balance, and transmit biweekly payroll for over 1,000 multiprovince employees
- Calculate overtime and statutory holiday pay based on provincial legislation
- Review & posting employee timesheets on a weekly basis
- Verify/Review HRIS connecting files into Payroll system
- Process new hires, terminations, status changes, and leaves
- Handle compensation, RRSP, TFSA, and banking changes
- Review, prepare and submit ROE's
- Answer payroll related inquiries
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Business or completion of PCP designation is an asset.
- Minimum 25 years' experience in Payroll
- Experience on payroll process for 500 employees
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and prioritization
- Ability to solve problems independently and collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with ADP is an asset
- Knowledge of Employment Standards and general HR policies
