Responsibilities include:


  • Maintain building common areas in clean and orderly condition
  • Cleaning building floors (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming)
  • Gather and empty common area trash
  • Clean restrooms and stock with supplies
  • Clean spills and other hazards
  • Wash windows, walls, and glass
  • Notify managers when a building item needs repair

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:


  • Proven work experience as a Cleaner
  • Ability to handle heavy equipment
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
  • Proven dependability
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently
