The ideal Dental Receptionist is someone who enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

Our long term team is looking to grow and need an energetic and outgoing receptionist to join the team. We are focused on delivering the best patient experience possible so a passion for customer service is a must.

SCHEDULE:

20 hours per week

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

13 years of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/ Dental Receptionist
Completion of a Dental Receptionist program is preferred
Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
Customer service mindset
