As an
Executive Assistant, Communications and Corporate Affairs (12 Month Contract) you will be coordinating projects and provide administrative support to the Communications & Corporate Affairs and Wellbeing & Regulatory Affairs teams.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where you will get to work with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to agency partners, suppliers, and creative teams.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Communications & Corporate Affairs, Wellbeing & Regulatory Affairs Administration - Provide day to day administrative functions for Communications & Corporate Affairs, Consumer Affairs and Wellbeing & Regulatory Affairs including meetings and calendar coordination, booking of hotel and travel requirements. Assist with the set-up of multi-person meetings with external agencies, develops presentations, and supports team members in coordination of project work. Onboarding new employees.

Administrative Duties & Budgeting - Manage and track budgets providing monthly updates by using SAP and cross referencing to each department's spreadsheet. Create all purchase orders and reconcile all invoices

Planning & Execution of Communication Initiatives - Support all logĂstical requirements such as external vendor collaboration, budget, swag preparation, and set up locations. Working on events/initiatives such as, Service Awards Dinner, National Cereal Day, National Breakfast Day etc.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
- College certificate / Diploma in administrative office studies
- 3 years of work experience as an administrative assistant
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills and able to prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Demonstrated good judgment and problemsolving skills
- Experience and indepth knowledge of computer operations, words, excel, power point, electronic mail, and MS Teams
- Excellent customer service and record keeping skills including shared drives
- Knowledge of SAP system
