is looking for a passionate, hard-working Associate Dentist on
a full-time basis.We have over 7000 patients in a very well-established Vancouver practice of over 30 years with an influx of 90+ new patients a month.
You won't have to worry about not being busy at all.

Our office has continued to grow over the last few years despite the pandemic which is a testimonial to our excellent patient care and our outstanding team.- Our office is in the heart of Kitsilano located on 4th Ave.
a bustling community with many new developments, shops, restaurants, cafés which has increased our walk-in new patients every day.
This position comes with great potential to grow your scope of practice.
We have a well-trained, compassionate, and clinically strong team of doctors, assistants, and hygienists to help you integrate into our office.

You will never work alone, there is always support available to you when needed.We provide mentorship, 1 on 1 coaching, monthly CE lectures in-house, free Invisalign training, and discounts to local study clubs to help you grow and transition to our way of dentistry; comprehensive dentistry**The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile.

The Ideal Associate for our team and practice is skilled in helping patients feel at ease and comfortable, can clearly communicate with both patients and coworkers, and work independently as needed.

We are prioritizing Canadian/American dental experience of a minimum 2 years to ensure continuity of care and similar standards of practice to what our patients are used to.123Dentist is Canada's largest majority dentistowned network of dental practices, with more than 400 locations nationwide and over 6,000 employees. WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:

Solid patient base
Fulltime position
Permanent employment including 1 weekend day starting in May.
Stateoftheart technologies/ most advanced dental instruments digital Xrays, CBCT, iTero scans, digital photography, hard and soft tissue lasers: Fotona and Epic lasers, and paperless records to help provide the best dentistry.

COMPENSATION:

Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from 35% collections and higher (depending on experience)

SCHEDULE:

hours per week

Temporary contracts start and end months
Flexible days

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
Registered or in processing of registering with the:
British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals
Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of BC
We are open to those currently registered with other Canadian province(s)

2 years of experience in practicing dentistry in Canada is required OR new graduates welcome with mentorship provided:

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients' families
